About Our Client
Our client is a reputable and fast-growing conglomerate with business presence in both Hong Kong and China. Due to the business expansion, they are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to support youth development program.
About the Role
While reporting to the HR Manager, you will:
- Coordinate and organize all-kind-of youth development program such as graduate/ management trainee program and business leadership program in Hong Kong and China
- Assist HR Manager in managing programs from end-to-end, including recruitment, performance evaluation and succession planning
- Responsible for planning, organizing and handling the logistics for recruitment events (both internal & external)
- Drive and implement employer branding for the program through websites and social media platforms
- Assist in prepare regular reports such as budgeting and manpower planning
- Engage in ad hoc project if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years' experience in talent development and/or campus recruitment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, design and video editing software
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Occasional travel maybe required
