About our Client
Our client is a reputable education organization, they are currently looking for a seasoned HRBP calibre to join the team as Assistant HR Manager.
About the Role
- Directly report to Senior HR Manager
- Act as the account manager and HR business partner to dedicated business units, provide HR services including recruitment and selection, staff movement, performance management, manpower planning, staff cases and retention
- Support HR projects including budget planning, annual review and HR system
- Establish and maintain good rapport with line managers and other internal stakeholders in the organization
- Ensure all HR practices & polices are in line with company policies and statutory requirements
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 8+ years of experience on HRBP or account servicing, ideally from sizeable companies/ quasi-government
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of written English and Chinese
