Our client is a market leader in the telecommunication industry. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a passionate candidate to join the team as Assistant HR Manager focusing on recruitment.
About the Role
You will directly report to the HR Manager, lead a small team and serve a sizeable population. You will act as a strategic planner on the man power planning and be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. You will work closely with the line managers and identify the hiring needs. You will also conduct HR projects like recruitment day and job fair. Last but not least, you will handle employee relations and any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines. You need to have at least 6 years of solid recruitment experience gained from sizeable companies and industries such as telecommunications, FMCG or retail will be an advantage. You need to have an outgoing personality and be able to work under pressure. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
