About the Company
Our client is a well-known telecommunications company with a strong presence in Hong Kong. With an ambitious expansion plan, they are now looking for an Assistant HR Officer to join the HR team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Reporting to the C&B Manager, this is a hands-on role. You will handle monthly payroll calculation for 200 headcounts and work closely with the team to ensure all payroll is processed accurately in a timely manner. You will also handle the payroll administration and compile monthly reports on insurance medical claim forms.
About the Person
- University graduates in Human Resources Management or Business related discipline
- 1-2 years of payroll experience gained from sizable companies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of using Oracle will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English is essential
- Immediate available is highly preferred
