Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the vendor about the new HR system launch
- Act as a key contact person and the user on providing HR system requirements to the vendor
- Perform UAT, preparation, execution and documentation of test results, and drafting related policies
- Keep data update in report and system and maintain data accuracy
- Assist on record rentention, training and recruitment task
Requirements
- Diploma or above holder in Human Resources Managment
- 1-3 years in HR working experience, HRIS experience is preferrable
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
- Good command in written Chinese and English

Salary
- $18,000 - $20,000
