To further develop membership database, our client is looking for a CRM expert to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for membership database and system, including UAT planning and data migration
- Use data intelligence to achieve business goal & customer needs
- Plan and drive CRM & digital project by working with different departments
- Data analysis and make recommendation for digital campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in business management or marketing
- At least 8 years' experience in CRM database management with digital transformation exposure
- Basic knowledge in SQL, data management and data visualization tools, such as Oracle, Tableau, etc. Hands on experience with data integration and system applications projects
- Good command of English and Chinese writing
