Our client is looking for a high calibre to lead and drive digital programs & campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM & marketing programs to drive the growth of reward loyalty program
- Ensure the digital campaign strategy is well delivered to end users in both online and offline channels while maintaining brand integrity
- Work with digital agency and internal IT team on app and website revamp projects
- Identify business opportunities in digital ecosystem and business innovation
- Lead integrated programs in collaboration across teams
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of CRM, consumer product brand/program management
- Good command in Chinese and English
