Our client is one of Hong Kong's leading professional bodies with a long history of establishment. They are looking for a devoted individual to lead their member services division.
About The Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead a sizable team and be responsible in the operations of the member services division. You will be the lead in developing strategic initiatives, policies and work plans that serves the interests and requirements of various parties of the professional body. You will actively connect with members and external parties to strike a balance between the market and expectations. In addition, you will cooperate closely with training organisations and be responsible for the departmental financials.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify for the role, you should be a qualified accountant with a degree in Accountancy or related major. You should possess a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience and accumulated at least 10 years of leadership track record. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills is necessary with strong organisational and project management skills required. Last but not least, fluency in English and Cantonese is a must.
