Our client is a high-profile financial institution that has been focusing a lot around digitalisation and automation. They are currently hiring for a seasoned OD / L&D professional who can come in to drive leading edge strategies that enable and facilitate the achievement of required organisational objectives, talent development and cultural change.
Reporting into the GM - Human Resources, you will assist senior business stakeholders to drive talent management and leadership development strategies, tools and processes in the disciplines of performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, coaching, development planning and competency identification to develop leaders to meet current and future needs. The position is also responsible for organisation design and development activities that enhance business effectiveness. On top of which, you will also work closely with external training vendors to develop and deliver a comprehensive training curriculum and explore possible learning technologies to facilitate people development.
To qualify, you will be tertiary educated in Human Resources, Organisation Development or relevant disciplines, with minimum 20+ years' experience within the financial services sector. You will have strong communications, presentation and influencing skills dealing with different levels of staff, also passionate in people development. On top of a 'hands-on' approach, you will demonstrate significant strategic HR & OD experiences including broad experience of employee relations and of managing organisation change within a customer facing organisation. This is a senior L&OD position and will offer a very competitive package for the right calibre.
