Finance Manager (Real Estate)
About the Client
Our client is a renowned HK listed real estate company who is rapidly expanding in the Greater Bay Area. Currently, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their group finance team in HK.
About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller and leading a neat team, you will be responsible for financial reporting and sub-consolidation for the China developments. You will work with local finance teams and support budgeting, forecasting and conduct analysis for performance review/ project developments. You will support interim and annual audits. You will ensure that group policies and procedures are adhered to. Last but not least, you will involve in projects, such as system implementation, when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- HKICPA/ACCA Chartered
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience from Big 4 and sizable corporations
- Group level/regional/global finance experience is preferred
- Good understanding of the latest accounting standard
- China exposure is definitely an advantage
- Analytical, self-driven and confident
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Immediately available is an advantage
