About our Client
Our client is a sizeable global manufacturer. With a strong business growth, they are currently hiring a Human Resources Manager who is responsible for all rounded HR duties to the business.
About the Role
- Leading a team and responsible for all rounded HR Services including talent acquisition, C&B, employee engagement, employer branding and staff communication
- Handle projects such as forecasting, medical renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure review
- Responsible for international mobility including visa application, package and benefits alignment
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on any regional/ global HR initiatives
- Formulate and implement human resources policy and procedure to ensure all HR policies and processes are aligned from a group perspective
- Assist in HR digitalization projects
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 10 years of experience in full spectrum of HR work, preferably from MNC with regional exposure
- Well-versed in local labour ordinance and knowledgeable on any APAC region's labour law
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Motivated, detail-oriented and with strong can-do spirit
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
