As part of business expansion, they are looking for an HR Manager with rich retail banking HR experience, also hands on recruitment skills to join and cope with hiring plans and business transformation. 6+ years experience required and this role pays up to $50k with competitive benefits.
About The Role
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders as the go-to-HR-advisor on people related matters for the retail banking business. You will support with manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee relations and more. You will also support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with overall business direction. Ad hoc projects around employer branding and other HR arena will be assigned.
To qualify, you will be degree educated in HR or related disciplines, with minimum 6 years HR experience with solid understanding of retail banking businesses. You will demonstrate a can-do attitude, and someone who can strive in a fast-changing and volume-driven market, also someone who can give solutions when faced with ad hoc people issues. Strong communications and influencing skill to different levels of staff will be essential and this role require proficiency in Chinese. Immediate available candidates highly regarded, this role pays $35-50k.
