About the Client
We are representing a property development company with premium real estate and hospitality projects across Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand and China. They are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to support all-round HR matters in these countries.
About the Role
- Report to Head of Human Resources, leading a small team
- Provide full spectrum of HR service including but not limited to talent acquisition, total rewards, training & development and staff engagement
- Work closely with business heads on manpower planning and staff cost budgeting
- Overseeing payroll operations and participate C&B annual exercises such as salary & bonus review, salary survey & benchmarking and performance management
- Maintain close relationships with internal departments, local HR counterparts and business heads to make proactive and appropriate recommendations
- Assist in HR policy review and ensure compliance of corporate guidelines and local labor laws and regulations
- Assist in any related HR tasks if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience, ideally from sizeable companies
- Strong numerical sense, analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Stable, self-motivated and with strong relationship building skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of English and Chinese
