About Our Client:
Our client is a MNC with headquarter in Hong Kong. To facilitate the communication between HK, APAC and the U.S. office, they are looking for a C&B specialist to support the regional payroll, recruitment logistic and communications between regions.
About The Role
- Handle and oversee the overall C&B operations.
- Perform the full set of the monthly payroll process in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support the regional office on payroll and Compensation administration.
- Prepare regular HR reports.
- Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding process.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll administration, preferably gained in MNC or sizeable companies.
- Degree holder in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Positive, responsible and eager to learn.
- Detailed minded and good numerical sense.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Food command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
