About our Client
We are representing a listed company in Hong Kong. Due to the business transformation, they are looking for a HR Officer to join the team.
About the Role
- Act as HR Business Partner to provide end-to-end HR solutions including but not limited to Manpower Planning & Control, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Retention, Recognition & Reward and Employee Engagement
- Manage full employee life cycle and be the HR focal point of dedicated business units
- Assist in planning and implementing HR strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines
- Ensure compliance of all HR practices in accordance with company policy, local legislative and regulatory requirements
- Compiling HR reports for management review
- Assist in any HR projects if required
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 3+years of experience on HRBP or account servicing, ideally from sizeable companies
- Welcome for all-kind of industries background
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong learning agility and business acumen
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office usage
- More experience would be considered as Senior HR Officer
