About the Company
Our client is an industry leader in the telecommunication sector. Due to business expansion, they are now seeking for an energetic talent to join the team as HR Officer, focusing on recruitment.
About the Role
You will report to the HR Manager, cooperate with a small team and serve a population of 500. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, application screening and interview logistics. You will work closely with the team and conduct recruitment events such as recruitment day and job fair. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc HR projects or recruitment related activities as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines. You need to have at least 2-3 years of recruitment experience. Having worked in a fast moving environment with sizeable population and industries such as telecommunication or retail will be an advantage. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken in English and Chinese is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
