About our Client
Our client is a well-known watches and jewellery brand with headquarter in Europe, they are currently hiring a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join the team.
About the Role
- Provide HR services to the business units across global including recruitment, succession planning, rewards, performance management and employee relations
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities and work closely with the senior management on manpower planning and recruitment strategies
- Support end-to-end execution and co-ordination of performance management process and talent development framework to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planning
- Conduct store visit to understand business operation and build relationship with talents
- Communicate all policies, procedures and organizational changes to responsible business units
- Provide HR advisory based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated departments
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 7+ years of experience on HRBP or account servicing, ideally from retail/ FMCG industry
- Passionate, motivated and flexible
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
