About the Client
A well-established organization within the FMCG sector is now looking to strengthen its HR Team by bringing on a dynamic and passionate individual to join them as the Human Resources Manager.
About the Role
- Provide full range HR services and advice based on corporate guideline and the latest regulatory framework to the designated Departments
- Review and enhance the HR policies and procedures to algin with market practices
- Handle grievances and disciplinary cases in accordance with Company's policies and procedures
- Partner with designated departments head to select and recruit right talent
- Design, develop and implement assigned HR initiatives and projects contributing to the improvement of operation, compensation & benefits, employee engagement and overall organizational capabilities
- Stay informed of local labour laws, market trend, industry players' activities and best practices to make relevant recommendation for legal compliance and continuous improvement
- Support any ad hoc projects as required by the management
The Successful Applicant
- University degree holder or equivalent. Major in human resources management is an advantage
- Minimum 12 - 15 years of HR management experience gained from a sizeable and fast moving organization is preferred of which 5 years in a managerial position
- Hands on experience in providing high level HR advisory to designated business units
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment-related ordinances, rules and regulations
- Familiar user of up to date HR system / tech tools will be an advantage
- In-depth understanding of all-round HR functions
- Strong business acumen and numerically sensitive with good influencing skills
