Our client is a listed industry leader with a steady business growth in the local market. Due to the business expansion, they are currently looking for a L&D Manager to join the team.
About the Role
While reporting to the HR director, you will:
- Identify training needs of various business units to initiate corresponding training activities
- Design and execute training curriculum to support business needs
- Conduct review and evaluate existing training program
- Prepare periodical reports and training schedule for the company
- Engage in ad hoc training projects assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years' experience in training and talent management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Outspoken, presentable and motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English and Cantonese
