About Our Client

Our client is a listed industry leader with a steady business growth in the local market. Due to the business expansion, they are currently looking for a L&D Manager to join the team.

About the Role

While reporting to the HR director, you will:

  • Identify training needs of various business units to initiate corresponding training activities
  • Design and execute training curriculum to support business needs
  • Conduct review and evaluate existing training program
  • Prepare periodical reports and training schedule for the company
  • Engage in ad hoc training projects assigned

The Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in training and talent management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Outspoken, presentable and motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
