Our client is a publicly renowned group with diversified business in Hong Kong. To sustain the continuous development of the group, they are looking for a seasoned professional to join the company as the HR Manager (Learning and Development).
About The Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of global initiatives in the group which are aligned with the organisation's strategy, initiatives and culture. You have to identify the staff needs and gaps by collaborating with different Business Units among the group. You will design and organize training programmes as well as implement training for both trainers and other talents. Last but not least, you will assist in succession planning as well as maintain the relationships with external training vendors.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business related disciplines, with a minimum of 10 years' working experience in HR, Talent Development or Training. Having experience in Organisational Development or setting up Talent Management Framework is highly preferred. You should be able to maintain a good relationship with external vendors as well. You should be flexible, innovative and dynamic. Being able to work under ambiguity and multitasking will be a plus. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
