Our client is a renowned retail group with diversified business in HK and China. To sustain the continuous development of the group, they are looking for a seasoned professional to join the company as the L&D Manager who will lead a small team to bring a new image to the public.
About The Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you are responsible for the implementation of new training programs and initiatives in the group. You will carry out annual training plans, budgets and strategies. Moreover, you have to identify the staff needs and gaps by collaborating with different departments and design corresponding training programs for staff at different levels. Last but not least, you will lead the development of appropriate training programs to enhance the service standard of staff and uplift the brand image.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business-related disciplines. With a minimum of 8 years' working experience in HR or Talent Development, preferably gained in retail or F&B groups. Having experience in Organisational Development and frontline training will be a plus. You should be dynamic, proactive and passionate in training. Being able to work under ambiguity and multitasking will be a plus. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
