About our Client
My client is a Food and Beverage Group which its business include Western Fusion and Chinese Restaurants. Due to their rapid expansion, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Responsible to manage the whole process of new store and store renovation, such as design, construction and opening stages
- Prepare and review tender documents to contractors and consultant
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the projects are within schedule and budget, as well as the quality meet the standard
- Conduct site visit and prepare ad-hoc tasks
The successful applicants
- Diploma in Project Management, Interior Design or related disciplines with at least 5 years' solid relevant experience
- Experience in F&B store construction is a plus
- Proficient in using AutoCAD
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
