Our client is one of the leading banks in Hong Kong. As part of business expansion, they are urgently hiring a recruitment officer to join as part of HR team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will:
- Liaise with business stakeholders to determine staffing requirements
- Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
- Process job applications and respond to queries
- Organise and take part in interview procedures as required
- Assist in offer management and delivery
- Facilitating onboarding for successful candidates
- Develop and keep up to date policies relating to employment and other human resources issues
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
- A degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology or business-related discipline from one of the top Universities (overseas education preferred)
- Genuinely passionate in people with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior internship and/or 1+ years of recruitment experience from banking/ professional services sector preferred
- Energetic, outgoing and enjoy interacting with different people
- Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude and willing to learn
- Immediately available candidates highly regarded
