Our client is a well-known medical device and healthcare MNC. As the business is growing rapidly, they are now looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support the team.
About the Role
Working closely with the sales team, you are responsible to provide general administrative support, including checking order processing, shipment arrangement, billing documentation etc. Also to manage customer queries for incoming and outgoing orders, and assist in delivery and installation coordination.
About the Person
- Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
- At least 4 years of experience in sales administration support
- Experience gained from Medical / Pharmaceutical would be highly preferred
- Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office, Excel.
- Familiar with SAP is a must
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong ability of multi-tasking in fast paced environment
