We are representing a well-known property developer and looking for several Senior Admin Clerks to support the new shopping mall and commercial offices project.
About the Role
- Responsible for full spectrum of general administration support to the team and office
- Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence via email and phone
- Prepare documents such as invoices and tender
- Communicate with Group HR and support HR admin tasks
- Assist in any ad hoc if required
The Successful Applicant
- HKDSE/HKCEE or equivalent
- 2+ years of office and/or team administration experience
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
