About our Client
Our client is a well-known corporation with business covering both general and enterprise markets. Due to the recent expansion, they are currently looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer which focuses on Recruitment to contribute to their HR team.
About the Role
- Report to the HR Manager
- Responsible for end to end recruitment including the understanding of hiring needs, job ads posting, screening resumes, interview candidates, job offering to on-boarding arrangement
- As a Business Partner position to build a solid relationship with the line managers in different departments to understand their needs, requirements, budget, manpower planning
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 5 years of experience in full spectrum of HR work and recruitment industry, preferably experience in mass recruitment
- Knowledge with Hong Kong Employment Ordinates
- Experience with Taleo and IPL will be a big plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
