Our client is hiring for a Marketing leader for their team.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Lead the planning and implementation of customer journey and brand exposure
- In-charge of social media and website management to drive customer engagement
- Work with agencies on production and execution of social and digital media contents
- Formulate yearly plan based on brand target consumer segments
- Maintain good relationship with media partners and KOLs
Data-driven Analysis
- Conduct market segmentation analysis from active customers data and develop a precise, personalized and effective communication strategy
- Initiate descriptive analysis to address the short-term business needs from a data driven approach and partner with Accenture and HQ to conduct predictive analysis and formulate long term strategy for different aspects
Contextual Loyalty Development
- Elevate customer experience and management to enhance the retention rate
- Implement and optimize Loyalty Programs to engage the customers at the right touchpoints with personalized content
- Deliver omnichannel customer experience by utilizing point system, gift redemption
Retail Marketing Management
- Lead your team on retail marketing strategy to capitalize on the in-store exposure
- Collaborate with key trade partners to create exceptional and exclusive branded campaigns
- Develop VM materials based on headquarter guidelines and marketing needs
Requirements
- Bachelor' degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years working experience in product marketing and agency from retail industry
- Customer-centric and strive for excellence mindset with consumer engagement and experience
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
