About our Client
My Client is a renowned developer with a whole asset of over 80 Billion. The conglomerate is going to launch a new Grade A commercial complex in Kowloon and therefore looking for a Senior Property Officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Supervise the process of handover, tenants move in/ out, fitting-out works, reinstatement & maintenance coordination
- Manage on-site staff to oversee the daily operation of properties
- Provide leading property management service ideas to the company
- Assist in annual management budget and cost control documents
- Maintain high service standards and good relationship with tenants
- Responsible for planning and execution of improvement projects
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Property Management, Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines with at least 5 years' solid relevant experience
- Professional Qualification is prefer, e.g. CIH, HKIH etc
- Candidates from agency background are welcome
- Self-motivated, energetic and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
