About our Client
My client is a prestige clubhouse in Hong Kong. In order to undergo some renovation projects, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
About the Role
- Involve pre- and post- contract stage including but not limited to pre-tender estimation, cash flows, cost studies
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as technical team, consultant, contractors
- Keep track to the progress to ensure the project will not be delayed
- Conduct market research and provide advices on procurement
The successful applicants
- Degree holder or above in Quantity Surveying, Surveying or other related disciplines
- 7 years' or above experience
- Professional Qualification such as HKIS, RICS
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Outgoing, Cheerful and open-minded
