KOS International is the first listed recruitment firm in Hong Kong. We are currently hiring experienced consultants to join our corporate recruitment team (accounting & finance, business support, human resources, legal).
About The Role
We are seeking for experienced consultants who are people-oriented and results-driven. The ideal candidate will have an excellent background in sales / recruitment sector - working alongside the Team Manager and close clients, you will deliver outstanding quality recruitment service i.e. identifying best suited talents within the shortest turnaround time.
- Collaborate with the team and clients to thoroughly understand the job requirements
- Continually research and identify relevant candidate profiles via various channels including job boards, database, headhunting etc
- Introduce job opportunities to candidates via calls and interviews
- Share market insights and professional career coaching to clients and candidates
- Produce reports, presentations, and graphs to facilitate recruitment process and hiring decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant disciplines
- Demonstrated experience working within a HR / Sales / Account Servicing role
- Good knowledge of social media activities and networking and how it can assist with recruitment efforts
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English and Chinese)
- Good organisational abilities and ability to manage various projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion about greeting, conversing and learning about candidates and clients
- Proficient with all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
