Our client is a U.S based manufacturer of high-end suitcases and bags. With their retail business growing rapidly in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a Retail Team Admin to join the young and energetic team.
About the Role
Working closely with the team, you are responsible to support office administrative duties and to handle confidential documents. Also to assist in consolidating sales reports and communicate closely between various departments and shops on daily retail operation. Last but not least, to handle monthly payroll calculation for frontline sales.
About the Person
- Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in retail industry
- Pro-active, fast-paced and can work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good team player with good communication skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
