Our client is a premium hospitality servicing group, currently hiring a Training Manager to support with upcoming business expansion whilst ensuring top notch service quality standards are in place for their customers.
About The Role
- Create and execute learning programmes and strategies
- Evaluate business and organisational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
Requirements
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar from luxury sector
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skilsl sharp business acumen
- Ability ot build rapport with employees, vendors and senior stakeholders
- Willing to be hands-on, and bring solutions to business issues
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
