Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement and develop organization's activities and programmes
- Assist with financial reporting and accounting duties
- Liaise with volunteers, and educate volunteers of the relevant rules and policies
- Provide secretarial service to committee
- Support the Institution in promoting the membership side of the Institution and the benefits in Hong Kong
- Assist the Institution with training, interviewing and Membership seminars
- Provide general administration support
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other related disciplines
- 2-3 years administration expereince
- Conversant with virtual platforms and applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Strong reporting skills are also essential including the ability to provide regular, timely and concise reports, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of the procedures and processes of Professional Institutions will be beneficial
