About our Client

We are representing a multinational fashion retail company, they are looking for a Assistant Administration Manager to join and manage the office administration in Hong Kong and China.

About the Role

  • Responsible for full spectrum of office administration service including office supplies, facilities & equipment management and office renovation
  • Leading receptionist and manage meeting room booking
  • Establish and review administration policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation
  • Monitor costs and expenses, manage annual budget preparation, and provide analysis report on a monthly basis
  • Assist and support on staff engagement activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • With minimum 5 years of office administration, ideally from retail and/or multinational SME
  • Excellent communication, stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, motivated and with strong can-do spirit
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Less experience candidate would be considered as Senior Admin Officer
