We are representing a multinational fashion retail company, they are looking for a Assistant Administration Manager to join and manage the office administration in Hong Kong and China.
About the Role
- Responsible for full spectrum of office administration service including office supplies, facilities & equipment management and office renovation
- Leading receptionist and manage meeting room booking
- Establish and review administration policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor costs and expenses, manage annual budget preparation, and provide analysis report on a monthly basis
- Assist and support on staff engagement activities
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree holder
- With minimum 5 years of office administration, ideally from retail and/or multinational SME
- Excellent communication, stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
- Independent, motivated and with strong can-do spirit
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Less experience candidate would be considered as Senior Admin Officer
