Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their team to cope with the business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and develop training strategies and execute training plan
- Develop and manage training curriculum and training cycle
- Develop and conduct product training, service training and selling skills training
- Shop visit for follow up and provide feedback to retail staff
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and people development in retail industry
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
