About the Company
Our client is a reputable commercial banking operator with a strong local presence in Hong Kong. With an ambitious expansion plan in Hong Kong, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join them as an Associate Director of HR.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of HR while leading a team of 5, you will act as business partner and provide professional HR support in the area of talent acquisition and C&B aspects. You will be required to formulate and implement HR initiatives in alignment to business objectives. Moreover, you will maintain strong communication with functional line managers and general staff to ensure business needs are met. Furthermore, you will participate in developing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures to support business growth. Ad hoc duties be required upon request as well.
Requirements
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years' experience in human resources management with solid experience as HR Business Partner within the Banking sector is preferred
- Proactive and ambitious with strong business acumen
- Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking, negotiation and influencing skills
- Well-versed in communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
