Our client is an industry pioneer within the Fintech sector. As part of business expansion, they are currently hiring a Group Head of HR to oversee their HK and China operations.
Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the infrastructure of the HR function for the Group as well as being the Head of HR for the PRC entity. The purpose of this role is to support leadership by identifying and coordinating HR services and appropriate and effective strategies related to staffing, compensation, performance management, training and development, rewards and recognition, benefits, employee relations, policy administration, employee communications, HR systems maintenance, metrics and reporting. This role will also drive operational excellence throughout the organisation with a focus on moving the organisation forward.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in HR or relevant discipline, with a minimum 20+ years strategic HR experience working for dynamic and sizeable corporations, and within Greater China scope. You will demonstrate a sound track record being a true HR business partner to senior stakeholders / business founders, and someone who can influence and drive organisation changes utilising solid understanding of Fintech industry and business needs. Proficiency in both Chinese and English will be required whilst a forward-thinking and hands-on approach will help excel in this role.
