About the Company
Our client is a market leader in the logistics industry. Due to rapid business expansion, they are now seeking for a passionate candidate to join the team as HR Officer, focusing on training.
About the Role
You will directly report to the Training Manager, cooperate with a team of 5 and serve a sizeable population. You will identify the training needs, develop and conduct trainings including operation procedures, operation skills and orientation. You will review the training performance and enhance the training program when needed. You will coordinate the training logistics and assist in various training projects. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc HR duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have Diploma or above in Human Resources, Training or related disciplines. You need to have at least 1 years of training experience. Having worked in sizeable company and experience gained from logistics industry would be an advantage. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English is a must.
