Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR operations, onboarding arrangement, visa application
- Support on recruitment activities such as posting of job advertisement, conduct interview, confirm employment offer
- Handle staff movement cases such as promotion, transfer and departure, etc.
- Coordinate on performance management process such as appraisal review, salary review and employment contract renewal
- Support day to day HR administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- 1-2 years' solid human resources working experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Good command of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
