Job Responsibilities
- Preparing CV's and correspondence to forward to responsible consultants
- Support general office administration duties and meeting rooms scheduling
- Vistors greeting and handling incoming calls
- Handle office supplies purchasing, mail registration and courier arrangement
- Provide support on organizing staff activities and company events as required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate holder
- 1 year working experience in reception or office administration
- Previous experience in sizable company is highly preferred
- Cheerful, self-initiative, energetic with good interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese WP
- Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
- Immediate available is highly preferred
