Founded in 2009, KOS International is the first publicly listed recruitment firm in Hong Kong. As the business expands, we are hiring an additional recruitment consultant for the Human Resources / Business Support team.
About The Role
As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing suitable candidates according to clients' needs, to manage the process throughout pre- and post-placements stage. You will aspire to become the subject expert for the HR / business support market, and be up to date with latest market trends relating to the industry. You will enjoy interacting with different people and interviewing candidates to assess their respective strengths and personality traints, also be the facilitator managing both client and candidates for win-win scenarios. This is a role attached with sales-targets so a goal-oriented mindset and the determination to succeed will help excel within the recruitment career.
The Successful Applicant
We are open to fresh graduates as well as experienced talents from B2B sales and recruitment industry - as long as you have the passion to grow and with the willingness to learn!
You would be a degree holder in any discipline, someone proactive with strong communications skills, also a strong team player who enjoys working within a people business. You would also come with sound judgement and commercial acumen, also strong ethics and collaborative spirit.
