About Our Client
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned HR professional to join a growing and experienced HR team. This role will work closely with the Chief HR Officer to drive HR strategy (from a talent acquisition and talent management perspective), whilst working closely with HR CoE Partners. To fulfil the requirements of this position, you must have exceptional leadership skills and extensive HR management experience gained from sizeable retailers.

About The Role
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer and leading a small team, this role will act as a true HR business partner to the retail management team. You will build strong professional relationships with employees across all levels of the business by providing first class HR support and coaching; proactively partner with key senior stakeholders to achieve a people strategy that supports the company objectives; coach and develop line managers to become confident and self-sufficient in first line HR matters; develop store managers to confidentially and successfully manage employment relationships, whilst mitigating commercial and reputational risk to the business. You will be a commercially minded business partner who can live and breathe the company values, recognise how the passionate employees make the brand an employer of choice, and provide invaluable HR support to the employees.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder with minimum 15 years of recruitment and business partnering experience working for sizeable retailers. You will come with HR experience supporting a diverse client group in a fast-paced environment with mass population, demonstrate depth in core areas of talent acquisition, talent management, people development and employee relations. You will demonstrate the ability to coach individuals and influence at all levels, a real team player who is seen as approachable and a positive role model. You will also be able to build positive relationships with a reputation for integrity and achieving results. Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English required for this role.
