About the Client

Our client is a leading retail / FMCG business in Hong Kong. As part of the company's digital transformation strategy, they are now seeking for a forward-thinking L&D specialist to join as part of the HR team.

About the Role

  • Support on the Learning and Development function, including but not limited to the design, evaluation and organisation of training programs in line with company objectives
  • Analyse and identify staff training and development needs
  • Organize and coordinate company-wide staff engagement activities
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects related to Learning & Development

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 3-5 years L&D experience from sizeable companies, experience working for MNCs or matrix organsiation will be an advantage
  • Outgoing personality, self-initiate and attention to detail, alongside ability to work under pressure
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
