About The Client
Our client is one of the statutory bodies in Hong Kong. They are now hiring a seasoned Training & Development professional to lead and join as part of the HR team.

About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Human Resources, you will:

- Lead a small team and manage the traning and development function to ensure business and HR goals are met
- Identify training needs; design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum and programmes for employees
- Work with external training vendors to monitor e-learning platform and its performance
- Evaluate training outcomes at an organisational level and bring forth latest training tools to enhance operational effectiveness
- Serve as the internal Learning consultant to business divisions, and formulate customised training solutions to support with business operations and development

The ideal candidate will be:

- A degree holder or above in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant disciplines. Certified trainers highly regarded
- 15+ years of formal training and development experience from sizeable organisations, prior experience working within NGOs/ statutory bodies/ Engineering or Property sector will be an advantage
- Prior experience revamping the training and development function
- Strong communications and stakeholders management skills liaising with different parties
- Familiar with LMS and latest multi-media tools and channels
- Candidates with short notice will be highly regarded
