Our client is an industry pioneer known for its vibrant and agile company culture. They are now hiring an additional talent to their HR team responsible for driving the company's employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.

About The Role
This role targets enthusiastic Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join the HR team, with key mandates around driving drive top talent to their company through modern and innovative recruitment marketing strategies. In this role, you would:

- Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants (especailly around young talents and management trainees)
- Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters
- Track, measure and report on campaign results
- Oversee company's career site and suggest improvements
- Create engaging job descriptions
- Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
- Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
- Design and plan recruiting events
- Serve as the brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, external awards ceremonys, industry events etc
- Generate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives
- Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics
- Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organisational goals
- Work closely with HR department to develop create ways for recruitment challenges
- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
- Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous work experience preferably as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, but candidates with previous working experience in Recruitng, Human Resources, Marketing or Advertising are also welcomed to apply
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Marketing, PR or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates selection methods
- Outstanding organisational and time management sills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritse daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
