Our client is a regulatory body, and now looking for a Vice President in Listing Compliance - welcome qualified lawyers with PQE 12+ and familiar with listing rules compliance to apply. This role will involve in listing policy matters and also regulate listed issuers as one of the sub-team heads. Competitive package offered to attract the best.
About The Role
You will serve as the project manager in listing policy development, and assume an active role in the developing of listing policies in view of market development and public interest. You will offer market insights through market outreach, organising and participating in seminars and also also offer legal and/or other professional support as required. Ad hoc projects will be assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with PQE 12+ alongside in depth experience working for listed companies and demonstrate sound knowledge of local market and securities industry in terms of legal terms, company laws, securities laws and practices. You will also be familiar with the operations and statutory functions and other regulatory bodies. Qualified lawyers with experience either working in corporate finance, investment banking or relevant field with team supervisory experience will be essential; high standards of integrity and strong ethical sense, also strong analytical skills will help excel in this role. Chinese and English will be required for this role to ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
