Our client is a well-developed corporation with stable business within the retail sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Assistant Admin Manager.
About the role
- Manage administrative processes, including but not limited to office admin and license & registration compliance for retail shops
- Set up standard operation procedure and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures governing the administrative processes
- Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative processes
- Prepare regular reports on administrative activities for management
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or service industry environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
