Our client is a renowned group (fast moving product) with an extensive business operation in both HK and Greater China. As part of the business expansion and service standard enhancement, they are currently seeking a season professional to join and lead a small team.
About The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you are responsible for identifying training needs, training organization and training induction. You will reinforce customer service standard by conducting different programs. Apart from providing training to the corporate talent, you will also perform on-site training to the front-line staff. Last but not least, you need to travel to China for ant ad hoc training projects.
The Successful Applicants:
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business related disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years' working experience in the training aspect. With experience in sizeable companies and leading small teams will be an advantage. You should be enthusiastic and multitasking. You should have good communication and problem solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. A good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is required.
